1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SkinLab (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Important: SkinLab provides cosmetic dermal analysis and routine recommendations based on computational dermatology models. Our Service is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or severe skin concern.

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Payments & Refunds

Certain features of the Service (e.g., generating a clinical dermal report) require payment. All payments are processed securely via M-Pesa. By initiating a transaction, you agree to the pricing presented at the time of purchase. Due to the digital nature of the analysis, refunds are generally not provided once an analysis report has been successfully generated, except where required by law or in cases of severe technical failure.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SkinLab and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SkinLab.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SkinLab, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
