• Health & Biometric Data: Selfies or facial images you upload exclusively for the purpose of clinical dermal analysis. We process these images locally where possible or securely via our cloud infrastructure. Images are not used to identify you and are not sold to third parties.
• Payment Information: We collect necessary data to process your M-Pesa payments. Please note that all direct payment processing is handled securely by Safaricom, and we only store transaction references.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect or receive:

• To provide and facilitate delivery of services to you (specifically, generating your personalized skin analysis report).
• To respond to your inquiries and offer support.
• To improve our diagnostic models (only if explicit anonymized consent is granted).

Uploaded images for analysis are processed securely and discarded or stored with heavy encryption based on your account preferences.
